Our Shipping Policy.
We want to do everything we can to meet or exceed your expections. If we cannot adhere to our shipping policy below, you will be given the opportunity to change or cancel your order. We may be able to offer expedited mailing, or a temporary Ebook until your shipment arrives, whichever pleases you.
Downloads.
Upon receipt of payment, you will IMMEDIATELY be sent an email with the subject: "Order Process" which contains your download link and username/password. NOT your "Welcome to osCommerce Manuals" email OR your credit card receipt.
TIPS: Check the email address you registered with, NOT some other email address. IF you use a spam filter that refuses emails unless they are in your address book, before ordering please add Customer.Service@oscommercemanuals.com.
US and International Shipping.
We ship both US and Internationally within 1 business day of receipt of payment.
ALL PAPERBACKS ARE CURRENTLY IN STOCK FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY.
US Shipments.
If you have not received an email shipping confirmation within 1 business day of placing your order, please log back onto our site to confirm that your order went through. All US shipments are sent via standard Media Mail. You will receive an email when your order is shipped. If you do not see your order or do not receive the shipping confirmation, please do not wait - contact us so we can help!
International shipments.
International shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail for 10 - 15 business day delivery. If you have not received an email shipping confirmation from us within 1 business day of placing your order, please log back onto our site to confirm that your order went through.
